Before Technician Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before technician dispatch or before service work begins.

Cancellation Charges

• If a service request is cancelled before dispatch confirmation, no service charge may apply.
• If a technician has already been assigned or dispatched, visit charges may apply.

AMC Cancellations

AMC cancellations, if applicable, will be reviewed as per the service terms shared at the time of booking.
